The State of Wisconsin Technology Leadership Council (TLC) is an organization of the Chief Information Officers and Information Technology (IT) Directors from state agencies, counties and professional associations.  The TLC provides directions, policies and strategies for managing enterprise IT functions that support Wisconsin government's common business goals.
